Lebanon, Tenn. - Break away from eating lunch at your traditional place on Friday, September 24, 2004 by eating at a lunchtime fund-raising benefit for United Way. No reservations required and call-in orders are welcome, says Crye-Leike organizers.

Crye-Leike sales associates will be grilling hamburgers and hot dogs to order for a $5 donation to United Way from 11 a.m to 1:30 p.m. at Crye-Leike's Lebanon branch office, located at 1432 West Main Street, across the street from Arby's in Lebanon. For fast service, call-in orders are being accepted at 444-8200.

The $5 lunch platter includes a grilled hot dog or hamburger, chips, dessert and drink. "All food items are being donated by Crye-Leike sales associates and Realty Title, so 100 percent of the proceeds are going toward United Way," notes Lori Gravens, event coordinator who added that additional donations are appreciated.

This is Crye-Leike's Third Annual United Way Cookout in Lebanon and is in conjunction with Crye-Leike of Nashville's United Way Kick Off Campaign.

"Crye-Leike supports United Way because it is the best way to help the most people," said Janette Haston, event coordinator. "United Way supports a network of services that help people day-in and day-out, all year long. These services address some very real problems our nation and community are facing - problems such as illiteracy, AIDS, teen pregnancy, child care, substance abuse and programs for disabled, abused and elderly individuals."

For directions to the United Way Cookout or to place your call-in lunch orders, call Crye-Leike's Lebanon office at 615/444-8200.
