Memphis, Tenn.- Crye-Leike, Realtors is going high-tech. The company recently announced its new electronic-fax program for sales associates. Electronic faxing gives associates the ability to better serve its clients by sending and receiving faxes through the Internet, instead of through a traditional fax machine.
There are numerous benefits like electronic storage of documents, such as signed contracts, personal fax numbers for sales associates to advertise; the ability to access faxes immediately from any computer with Internet access and there is no charge to Crye-Leike sales associates!
"This program increases our associate's productivity and enhances reliability. Documents are accessible from any computer with Internet access. The features of the program provide a distinct competitive advantage to our sales associates to be able to conduct real estate transactions seamlessly and efficiently," says Gurtej Sodhi, CIO & Sr. VP of Crye-Leike Group of Companies.
Most providers charge a monthly subscription fee, additional fees for storage and charge by the number of pages sent. Crye-Leike associates have no restrictions on usage and the option to save documents for as long as they want.
Sales associate, Phoebe Burks, says, "My trusty 5-in-1 Fax just died. As with most products, they just don't make them like they used to. YES! YES! I will sign up for Electronic Fax. After calculating the price of gas (going to and from the office), the ability to take care of business from the comfort and safety of one's home, the additional line, the additional equipment, etc., the savings outweigh any costs. Thanks for continuing to offer us better tools at even lower costs."
The new electronic fax program is currently available to Crye-Leike sales associates in the Memphis region and is scheduled to be available to agents in other regions in phases.
