NASHVILLE, Tenn.-- RIS Media recently released its 2007 Power Broker Report naming Crye-Leike Realtors the 4th largest real estate company in the nation. That's a two-point jump from the year before.

The annual Top 500 report ranks brokerage firms across the nation according to closed sales, volume and closed transaction sides. Last year Crye-Leike had its best year ever in the company's 30-year history, with record sales of 6.1 billion dollars up 9% form the year before. Crye-Leike agents closed 35,498 transaction sides.

In response to his company's ranking, owner and chief executive officer Harold Crye, who was recently named by Realtor magazine as one of "real estate's 25 most influential thought leaders" says, "The #4 ranking is due to the outstanding work of our professional, well-trained sales associates. We can also attribute the rankings to the dynamic growth of the Mid-south region were our offices are primarily located, a strong regional economy, and our expansion into other markets like Atlanta, Georgia, Jackson, Mississippi and northwest Arkansas. We're proud of our #4 ranking and feel it's a great predictor of what's to come in 2007."

Crye goes on to say that Crye-Leike focuses on empowering its agents by providing numerous resources such as its fully serviced marketing and public relations departments, appointment center, fully-computerized offices, in-house training school, monthly Home Buyers magazine and so much more.

Crye-Leike is a full service residential and commercial real estate company that was one of the first to take real estate to new heights by providing a one-stop "home buying and selling experience" for its clients through its relocation, REO, commercial, home services, and auction divisions as well as a property leasing and management, insurance and title companies, and bank. The strategic move has set Crye-Leike apart as it has grown to become one of the nation's leading real estate companies.

Corporately, Crye-Leike contributes to Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Youth Villages and raises thousands of dollars each year for United Way.
