A recent transfer to Crye-Leike, Alger also holds the Realtor designation. She is a multi-million dollar producer who specializes in residential and lakefront properties throughout Williamson and surrounding counties in Tennessee, and she is a member of the Williamson County and National Associations of Realtors.

In her leisure time, Alger enjoys community service and volunteering and has spent many hours performing charitable work on behalf of the American Cancer Society, Brentwood United Methodist Church, Tennessee Donor Services, Friends of Children's Hospital, and Safe Haven Family Shelter.
