BRENTWOOD, TN.- Crye-Leike, Realtors has recently acquired property in Bella Vista Arkansas (near Bentonville) with plans to construct and open a new retail operation there by February 2008. It is the latest commercial land purchase in Arkansas in recent months by the Brentwood Tennessee based real estate company.

 

The property is located on the corner of Highway 71 and Benton county 40. Harrison-French and Associates, LTD of Bentonville, Arkansas is providing architectural and engineering services for the new retail center. The company has provided services to Wal-Mart Stores Inc. for several hundreds of projects all over the U.S.

 

"Belle Vista was for more than 40 years a planned recreational and retirement community and in 2006 residents voted to turn the unincorporated development into the Town of Bella Vista, said Harold Crye, company founder and CEO.
