MEMPHIS, TN.- Crye-Leike, Commercial Affiliate Broker Eric Fuhrman has successfully completed the final exam to receive the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He joins the ranks of a special community of highly skilled and trained Commercial Affiliate Brokers.

"The CCIM curriculum represents the core knowledge expected of commercial investment practitioners, regardless of the diversity of specializations within the industry," said Fuhrman. "Only six percent of the estimated 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold the CCIM designation, which reflects not only the caliber of the program, but also why it is one of the most coveted and respected designations in the industry."

A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. A CCIM is an invaluable resource to the commercial real estate owner, investor, and user, and is among an elite corps of 8,600 professionals who hold the CCIM designation across North America and more than 30 countries.

"For me this represents the culmination of 3 ? years of work and practical experience in commercial real estate. The curriculum required me to submit for evaluation a summary of my experience and analysis of 20 of my commercial transactions," said Fuhrman.

Fuhrman works with buyers and sellers in and around Shelby, Fayette and Tipton counties in Tennessee and Desoto County Mississippi. He has been a licensed affiliate broker in Tennessee and Mississippi since 2004 focused exclusively on commercial investment property transactions.

Fuhrman is a member of the Memphis Association of Realtors in which he serves as the Vice Chairman of the Grievance Committee and is a past chairman of the Membership Services Committee and the Community Involvement Committee. Fuhrman also maintains membership in the Tennessee Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
