MEMPHIS, TN., - Crye-Leike, Realtors has made it official with its Grand Opening Celebration and ribbon cutting at the company's newly relocated Germantown branch location at 3030 Forrest-Hill - Irene Road.

Company co-founder and CEO Harold Crye took part in the ribbon cutting ceremony alongside branch Sales Manager and Broker Sue Stinson-Turner and Steve Brown, Memphis Region Vice President and General Manager.

"It was great," proclaimed Stinson-Turner. "The grand opening took place on Thursday, December 13th with many of our own associates and associates from other real estate firms joining us in celebrationl."

In October, company leaders announced that its Exeter office location, one of two branches in Germantown, had relocated to the much larger commercial office space on Forrest-Hill - Irene Road.

"We are thrilled to be in the new location with more room and comforts and the same world class service people have come to expect from Crye-Leike," said Stinson-Turner. "We're so glad to be in the neighborhood, and look forward to serving our past clients and new clients from our new home in Germantown."

Stinson-Turner was in charge at the former Exeter location. She's been with the Crye-Leike since November 1998 when Harold Crye & Dick Leike purchased the former Pyramid, Inc. Realtors and the leased office space on Exeter and six other locations throughout the Memphis area.

"Over time it became apparent that our space on Exeter was not only too small, but it was in very close proximity to other Crye-Leike, Realtors branch locations in and around Germantown," said Stinson Turner. "Here on Forest Hill - Irene Road we are so close to Highway 385 that it will vastly improve our ability to serve more clients and communities in the area."

The space, 16-thousand feet worth, is almost double that of the former Exeter location, allowing a sales team of just more than 119 agents to grow to as many as 180.

In addition to real estate services, the Forest Hill location will also be home to a branch of Realty Title and Escrow, Magna Bank and will have on duty a representative from Crye-Leike Insurance.

Harold Crye and Dick Leike established Crye-Leike, Realtors in 1977.
