Dickson, Tenn.- It's not often that when a real estate agency plans an open house they do so to invite the community into their own new home. That's just what Crye-Leike, Realtors is doing to celebrate the grand opening of its new Dickson office located at 1904 Highway 46 South.

"We've been waiting quite a long time to make Dickson our new home," said Managing Broker Jon Stevens. "Now that we're settling in, we are excited to invite our neighbors to join in our Grand Opening. Community members should bring their appetites, as we'll be hosting a cookout, and there will be balloons and pumpkins for the kids."

Scheduled for Friday, October 6, from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., community members are invited to participate in the official ribbon cutting ceremony that will take place at 3:00 p.m. in conjunction with the Dickson County Chamber of Commerce, and to meet and greet with Crye-Leike associates and senior staff including CEO Harold Crye, Managing Broker Jon Stevens, Career Development Director Sheree Rudd, and other corporate department directors.

Opened on November 1, 2005, Crye-Leike's 9,000 square foot Dickson branch office will house approximately 40 associates who are led by Stevens.

Crye-Leike's new facility utilizes "smart technology," says Stevens. "Every Crye-Leike agent becomes easily accessible through our company's advanced voice messaging system and every work space in our new building is designed to accommodate the needs of our independent agents who are very tech savvy." All of Crye-Leike's agent offices, desks and workstations have computer accessibility to the Internet via high speed DSL. Agents can bring their own personal computers, or utilize the firm's own PC's. A network card allows the agents' personal computers to blend with the Crye-Leike system, interacting with the company's Intranet.

Along with the conveniences of being open seven days a week for its customers, Crye-Leike's Dickson office also offers the real estate community the convenience of using its appointment center, the only one of its kind in the area that captures every potential showing opportunity.

Crye-Leike's appointment center is staffed and equipped to handle receiving a sales call from any real estate agent in the area who wants to show a Crye-Leike property, and is able to coordinate those showings for the agent from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. each day of the week. Crye-Leike's centralized appointment center receives an average of 1,500 calls daily.
