LITTLE ROCK, Ark.- Crye-Leike, Realtors is excited to announce the launch of its new Homebuyers Guide - a valuable resource for Arkansas homebuyers and sales associates.
Expected to hit various retail locations the first week of October, this free-to-the-consumer full-size magazine will offer homebuyers a complete full-color visual of all Crye-Leike listings and sales associates. "We'll be producing close to 10,000 magazines," stated Regional Marketing Director Shea Thrash. "You will be able to find them in over 60 outlets, including such locations as Harvest Foods, Wal-Mart, Wild Oats, and of course all Arkansas Crye-Leike branch offices." The Crye-Leike Homebuyers Guide of Arkansas is expected to arrive on the first of every month.
"This is an extension of our Web site, and vice-versa," said Michele Niec, public relations director. "We want to offer homebuyers every avenue possible to find that home of their dreams." The guide offers great exposure for the seller, as this is an additional opportunity to showcase their home to the masses. The guide will also serve as a tool to offer out-of-town clients who are looking to relocate to the Arkansas area.
The magazine will provide homebuyers with a brief description of the home, an associate contact number, and SmartLine information, where applicable. Investors will want to make note of the additional pages highlighting foreclosure homes available through the Crye-Leike REO division.
