BRENTWOOD, Tenn.- The Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC) recently announced that Ed Brooks of Crye-Leike, Realtors, has received his broker's license after successfully passing the real estate broker licensure examination.


To become eligible for the examination, Mr. Brooks met strict experience and education requirements as a broker candidate. Broker candidates must have held an active license as an affiliate broker for a minimum specified period and must have successfully completed 120 classroom hours of real estate education, 30 hours of which must be an office or brokerage management course taken at a TREC approved school.


A real estate professional for four years, Mr. Brooks serves the needs of commercial buyers and sellers in and around Davidson, Williamson, Cheatham, Robertson and Dickson counties. Affiliated with the Crye-Leike, Commercial branch office, located 1187 Old Hickory Boulevard, Mr. Brooks specializes in large, multi-use developments, and holds membership in the National and Greater Nashville Associations of Realtors.
