HEBER SPRINGS, AR. - Crye-Leike, Realtors is proud to announce that Crye-Leike Brock Real Estate achieved sales in 2007 to remain one of the company's top producing franchises. Brock Real Estate received the Crye-Leike Presidential Award, presented by company founder, President and CEO Harold Crye and Crye-Leike Franchises, Inc President Kevin Joiner.
In 2007 Crye-Leike Brock Real Estate achieved $29.5 million in sales based on sales figures reported to the MLS and compiled by the Cleburne County Board of Realtors. That volume makes Brock #1 in real estate sales in the Cleburne County Greers Ferry Lake area.
Crye-Leike Brock Real Estate operates two locations in Cleburne County: 2300 Highway 25B North in Heber Springs and 8029 Edgemont Road in Greers Ferry. The company and both branches are under the leadership of Principal Managing Broker C. Boyd Anderson who in January took over the reigns of the franchise from his father C. Larry Anderson.
"My father's leadership has been a big factor in the company's success, but I have the greatest confidence in the ability of our sales team," said C. Boyd Anderson. "From seasoned veterans to energetic agents that are at the beginning stages of a new career, I couldn't ask for a better group."
C. Boyd Anderson joined the company in 2004 working with buyers and sellers in and around Cleburne, White and Van Buren counties. He specializes in residential real estate with a focus on lakefront and river front properties. Anderson is a member of the Cleburne County Board of Realtors and serves on the CARMLS Users Group. He's also a member of the Arkansas Realtors Association and the National Association of Realtors.
"I look forward to this new chapter in my life and have every confidence Boyd will provide excellent direction for the company," said C. Larry Anderson. "He has been deeply involved in our franchise affiliation with Crye-Leike, REALTORS."
In 2005 C. Boyd Anderson received the Bronze Level Award of Excellence from the Arkansas Realtors Association, the Silver Level Award in 2006 and that same year received the Crye-Leike Multi-Million Dollars Sales Award.
Anderson lives in Heber Springs with his wife Shannon and has three children.
