Based on MLS statistics, January 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007, in Central Arkansas the company achieved sales of more than $654-million, almost double its nearest competitor in the region.

Within the Greater Central Arkansas Region in 2007, Crye-Leike, REALTORS saw in many of its markets, pockets of success, increasing sales and dominance over competitors.
? In Pulaski County in 2007, Crye-Leike, REALTORS is #1 solidly beat its nearest competitor by selling 2304 homes for the year.
? In North Little Rock, MLS statistics in 2007 show the company is #1 selling 488 units, more than double its two closest competitors combined.
? In West Little Rock in 2007, Crye-Leike, Realtors maintains its #1 position over it's nearest competitor in the region by selling 330 homes for the year.
? In Benton and Bryant counties, Crye-Leike's remains #1 as its two branch offices in Saline County combined for a sales volume of nearly $115-million, double its two closest competitors in the market.
? In Maumelle, the company is #1 with a 36.4% market share and outsold its four top competitors combined, with more than 422 homes sold.
? North of the Arkansas River, (Cabot, Jacksonville, Maumelle, North Pulaski, NLR and Sherwood) Crye-Leike REALTORS is #1 with a sales volume of more than $221-million, which was more than double its two closest competitors.
In 2008 Crye-Leike, REALTORS is projecting sales to meet or exceed $6-Billion company wide.
