BENTON, AR., - Crye-Leike, REALTORS is proud to announce that Sales Associate Angie Johnson has been accepted into the 2008 Class of the Arkansas Realtors Association (ARA) Leadership Academy. Johnson is a Sales Associate in the company's Benton Arkansas branch office located at 1900 Military Road #4 in Benton.


"It is indeed an honor and a huge opportunity for me to be selected among my peers to be asked to join the Leadership Academy for 2008," said Angie. "I have the opportunity within my "REALTOR family" through our local and state boards to be involved so that I am able to stand up and speak out about issues directly related to real estate."


Angie is a licensed sale associate in Arkansas assisting both buyers and sellers in and around Saline and Pulaski counties. She is a Residential Real Estate Specialist with a focus on first time homebuyers, new construction and relocation.


In 2007, Angie was a Top Producer in the Benton branch office and the 6th overall among all associates in the Greater Little Rock region. She is a member of the Benton/Bryant Association of REALTORS and in 2006 was selected as REALTOR of the Year.


As a member of the ARA Angie serves on the Professional Standards Committee and she is a member of the National Association of REALTORS. She is serving her second year on the Board of Directors of the Benton Area Chamber of Commerce.


Angie is a member of the team along with her mother and Benton Branch office Managing Broker Karen Crowson. Angie and Karen, the team achieved the Diamond Level Award for Excellence for Sales Volume in 2007.


"If you would have asked me ten years ago if I would ever get into Real Estate business I would have said No, especially working alongside my mother Karen," said Angie. "But it has turned out to be a great decision. My mom has always been involved in every aspect of real estate possible, and has taught me the importance of getting involved and helping to make a difference in the career I have chosen."
