Crye-Leike Realtor David Bailey Earns Seniors Real Estate Specialist Designation
Franklin, Tenn: Crye-Leike Real Estate Services congratulates Realtor David Bailey on earning the nationally recognized Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation from the Seniors Real Estate Council of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR). Bailey is affiliated with Crye-Leike's Franklin - Cool Springs branch office and serves the residential real estate needs of buyers and sellers throughout Middle Tennessee.
To earn this recognition, Bailey was required to complete a comprehensive course in understanding the needs, considerations and goals of real estate buyers and sellers aged 55 and older.
After spending 27 years as a general contractor and the last three years as a Realtor, Bailey's number one goal has always been to provide the best possible service to the people he works with. Understanding the hardships that downsizing or transitioning into a new home can be for many people, Bailey decided to earn the SRES to ensure that he would have all of the necessary tools to make that process stress-free for his clients.
"I elected to earn the SRES designation to help be of service to our older generation," said Bailey. "I've had many opportunities in the past to help clients move from their longtime home, but earning this designation means that I have even more knowledge to help through these times. A Realtor can be an invaluable resource to clients in their time of need, and my goal is to make this process as seamless and easy as possible for them."
Now that Bailey has earned the SRES designation, he is looking forward to working with a resource team of other senior-focused professionals who can assist with the moving process, organization & downsizing, contracting services and elder care needs.

Vice President and Broker Jimmy D Dugger joined Crye-Leike Columbia in 1996, closing over 1900 real estate transactions throughout his career. In 2020, he was able to close 87 real estate transactions with a sales volume of $15 million, making him Middle Tennessee's Top Producing Agent for transactions and sales volume for the first time in his career. However, Dugger has previously been recognized as a Top Producing Agent for transactions in 13 previous years. Dugger has also earned 19 professional real estate designations since joining Crye-Leike and has received the company's highest achievement - the Circle of Excellence award.
Not only is Dugger extremely involved in his work at Crye-Leike, but he is also an active member in his local associations and community. Dugger has previously served as the president for the Southern Middle Tennessee Association of REALTORS and has served on, or chaired for, almost every committee for the organization. Crye-Leike Commercial Broker Jaime Henson Sets Record Industrial Record Warehouse Sale
Memphis, Tenn: Crye-Leike Real Estate Services announces that Jaime Henson, a commercial broker with Crye-Leike Commercial Memphis, closed a record sale in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. Henson represented a buyer in the acquisition of a $10.5 million warehouse located on the opposite end of the state. With respect to the confidentiality of the private buyer and seller, the details of the transaction are not available at this time.
After joining Crye-Leike in 2018 selling residential homes, Henson learned very quickly that she preferred the business side of real estate, while working for a buyer on a historical property sale. She refocused her brokerage practice to 100 percent commercial real estate in 2019, and she has now set a career milestone with this $10.5 million deal.
"In July of 2020, I was given the assignment to represent a national buyer locating an industrial warehouse with instructions that it must be closed by Dec 31st," said Henson. "Considering the low inventory of distribution warehouses due to the spring tornadoes that ripped through Middle Tennessee, and the surge of e-commerce companies buying up warehouses, I knew I was in for a challenge; not to mention the time constraint of getting a deal done in six months."
After putting in countless hours of work, Henson was able to find the ideal location for her buyer, with the sellers representation by Bart Hardison and Michael Reid, Newmark Knight Frank.
"We toured several warehouses in both Middle Tennessee and East Tennessee," said Henson. "Ultimately, we found a 245,000 square foot industrial warehouse that was actually not even on the market for sale. After working diligently with the owner's agents, were able to get a deal done."
Henson specializes in the sale and lease of industrial warehouses, flex spaces and office buildings. Born and raised in Clarksville, TN, Marshbanks dedicated her career to helping others in Montgomery County. Not only did she make outstanding strides in the real estate industry, but her impact on the Clarksville community will last a life-time.
Professionally, Marshbanks was a force to be reckoned with. She was named REALTOR of the Year in 1986 and 1996, earned Crye-Leike's Circle of Excellence award, received the REALTOR Emeritus award from the National Association of REALORS, was the 1982 American Business Woman of the Year and received the 1994 Clarksville Business Women award. Marshbanks also held a broker's license and earned the Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations.
On a personal level, Marshbanks was much more than an award-winner. Her role in helping to start two of Clarksville's signature organizations, The Dream Factory and Camp Rainbow, will have a lasting impression on the community. She also founded the Clarksville Christmas Lighting Contest, which she still enjoys doing, even after 25 years.
Marshbanks' daughter, Rita Knight, joined her in the real estate industry 15 years ago. Knight plans to carry on The Marshbanks Team legacy and will always admire her mother's accomplishments.
