Crye-Leike Names Mark Leggett Vice President of Central Arkansas Market
LITTLE ROCK, ARK. - Crye-Leike Real Estate Services has named Mark Leggett vice president of its Central Arkansas market. Leggett brings 15 years of real estate experience and 30 years of management and leadership experience to the position.
In 1993, Mark began his professional career at Alltel Information Services, where he worked in information technology. He then went on to work in several other departments at Alltel, including recruitment and human resources. In 2003, Mark and his wife Lisa purchased an existing Closet Factory franchise, which they grew by 400% in just over three years.
The Leggetts decided to join the real estate industry shortly after selling their business in 2008. After working for a couple of other firms, they started a new boutique real estate firm in Little Rock. Utilizing his previous recruitment, management and leadership experience, Mark became instrumental to the growth of the company. He now looks forward to applying his past experience to this new role.

Crye-Leike Mount Juliet Office Celebrates 30th Anniversary
MOUNT JULIET, TENN. - Crye-Leike Real Estate Services celebrated the 30th anniversary of its Mount Juliet, Tenn. office on Tuesday, Sept. 20. Founder and CEO Harold Crye first opened the office in 1992, just a few doors down from its current building.
Tuesday's event celebrated both the momentous anniversary and the five agents who have worked with the Mount Juliet office since it opened: Margaret Dixon, Dee Lawrence, Barbara Parrish, Jimmy Deatrick and Tommy Williams. All were in attendance along with President Harold Crye, who shared the office's origin story. Regional Manager Eddie Ferrell also stepped up to congratulate the original five agents, followed by Managing Broker Judy Roark, who presented them each with a gift and commemorative plaque.
"We have really enjoyed serving our community and clients for these past 30 years," said Mount Juliet office administrator and original agent Barbara Parrish. "We appreciate their commitment to us and will continue to strive toward great service and customer care."

CHATTANOOGA, TENN. - Crye-Leike Real Estate Services has named Garrett Cox sales manager of the Crye-Leike Chattanooga - East Brainerd, TN office. Cox will assist Managing Broker Jennifer Grayson with recruitment, training and management of office sales associates.
Cox joined the real estate industry five months ago after leaving an automotive finance and insurance position for a local General Motors dealership. He quickly found success in his new career, building meaningful relationships throughout the Chattanooga community, growing his business and earning a spot in Crye-Leike's Multi-Million Dollar Club within those short months. Crye-Leike Names Erik Palmer Sales Manager of Chattanooga - East Brainerd Office
Chattanooga, TN: Crye-Leike Real Estate Services announces that Erik Palmer has been named the sales manager of Crye-Leike's Chattanooga - East Brainerd branch office. Palmer will be partially responsible for the recruitment, training and management of the office's sales associates.
Palmer moved to the Northwest Georgia Region in 2002 and has loved the area ever since. For three years, he has been affiliated with Crye-Leike and has over 20 years of experience in servant leadership, learning and development.
Palmer has dedicated much of his real estate career to continuing his education and training others. Most recently, he has earned the Master Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation and received his broker's license in Tennessee. Palmer is also an instructor for the Tennessee Real Estate Education Foundation (TREEF) and served on the 2018 and 2020 Professional Development Committee for the Greater Chattanooga Association of REALTORS.
During this next year, Palmer hopes to earn his associate broker license in Georgia, become an instructor for the Georgia Partners in Education and continue to lead Crye-Leike agents to success as a sales manager.
