Jonesboro, Ark. - Crye-Leike, Realtors' Jonesboro branch office was recently voted the No. 1 real estate agency in the Greater Jonesboro area by readers of The Jonesboro Sun newspaper during its Third Annual 2003 Best of the Best under the Sun awards.

Crye-Leike Expands Little Rock Office to Accommodate Growth in Sales Force
Little Rock, Ark. - Crye-Leike, Realtors, the 13th largest real estate company in the nation, announces the expansion of its Little Rock branch office, a move prompted by the company's growing sales force in the area.
Harold E. Crye, chief executive officer, discloses that the company has relocated its current sales force of 37 sales associates to West Little Rock into its new Crye-Leike Hinson Road branch office, located at 11719 Hinson Road, Suite 100.
Johnny McKay will continue to serve as managing broker. The additional 5,700 square feet of leased office space will provide room for growth and expansion of its sales force up to 45 sales associates, says McKay.
Crye-Leike will retain its current location at 1130 Financial Centre Parkway, Suite 900, to serve as the company's regional headquarters, housing facilities for agent training as well as administrative offices for accounting, marketing and relocation corporate staff.
"This is a nice problem to have and our company's sales growth further reflects our need to expand our offices to better serve the area," says Crye. "Since we established our regional foothold in Little Rock this past June, the company's growth in Arkansas real estate sales has more than doubled."
Crye-Leike of Arkansas, Inc. disclosed a record fourth-quarter sales at $25.8 million in 2002, representing a 114.7 percent increase over same-quarter results a year prior. Its 244 real estate property sales in the fourth quarter of 2002 represent a 102 percent increase over comparable quarterly results a year prior.
