The Columbia Event Center is located in Columbia, TN, located just south of Nashville. This space is available 7 days a week for special events rentals. Rental periods can be scheduled starting with half day increments.

Rates & Rules
The Columbia Event Center is available to rent 7 days a week from 7 AM to Midnight. Rates start at $200 for a half-day rental. Rates vary depending on day of the week, rental term length, and season. Contact us for a custom quote. We provide discounts for groups interested in reserving the space for multiple days or weeks.
Important Message for Renters… The Columbia Event Center proudly offers affordable rates, therefore we are a “Leave It Like You Found It Facility.”
Our intention is to have renters leave the facility in a 100% rentable condition, meaning that we require renters to thoroughly clean and prepare the space after they use it, so that the space is clean and ready to use for the next renter.
A $350 deposit is required of all groups. Upon our inspection of the space following an event, the deposit will be refunded, if there is no damage or need for cleaning.

For what types of events is the space appropriate?
The possibilites are endless. Consider the space for business meetings, training workshops, birthday parties, weddings, yoga retreats, school programs, family reunions, church gatherings… Give us a call to discuss your needs.
What days of the week are available for rentals?
The event center is available for rental any day of the week from 7 AM to Midnight. Half day, full day, multi-day rentals are available.
How much does it cost to rent?
Rental rates start at $200 for a half day. Rates are higher on weekends and for holidays. We offer discounts for groups reserving the space for longer durations. Please give us a call and let us know about your event and we will calculate the cost.
How many rooms are there?
The space includes a main room (45X50). There is a partial kitchen space (no cooking) (15X15). There are also bathrooms and a storage closet. Please call us to arrange a time to tour in person.
What seating configurations are available?
Round and rectangle tables are available.
How many people can the space hold?
The maximum capacity is 172 people.
