Benefits are effective the first day of the month after 60 days benefits-eligible employment.

Holidays
Crye-Leike observes the holidays listed below. If the holiday falls on a Saturday, offices will be closed the Friday before. If the holiday falls on a Sunday, offices will be closed the Monday after. There are also 2 floating holidays for the employee to use at a time of choice.

Benefit to all eligible employees for period of temporary absence due to illness or injuries period
- 40 hours per week employees accrue 4 hours for every full month of service
- 32-39 hours per week employees accrue 3.2 hours for every full month of service
Vacation
Full-time employees vacation accrual:
- 40 work week accrue 6.67 hours per month (with 10+ years of service 10 hours per month)
- 32 work week accrue 5.3 hours per month (with 10+ years of service 8 hours per month)
401(k) Plan
Security Ballew Administrators (www.sbcorp.com). To meet eligibility an employee must have: completed 12 months of service, worked at least 1,000 hours in the previous years, and be 21 years of age or older.
