Leah Sterneker

Hey there! My name is Leah Sterneker and I am so excited to share a little bit about me. I grew up in Kansas all my life. A no stop light town in a farming area where everyone knew each other (for better or worse lol). In 2019, my parents informed me they were moving to Bella Vista AR. Initially I thought they were joking because it seemed so random. They were not. Covid slowed them down, but they settled here in 2021. 

During their home search, I was very involved. My father is disabled and with me being in healthcare for 20 years, I knew he would need very specific things in a house. I learned quite about just from my parents agent and it was during their search the real estate but hit me and never left. I hung up my stethoscope in 2022 and in September 2023, became a licensed real estate agent in Arkansas and joined Crye Leike in Bella Vista. 

The first year is always the hardest in real estate and I feel very blessed to have had the success that I have had. From a couple wanting to downsize and winning a bidding war on their dream house; working with a client on the other side of the country who only saw the home via Facetime; to being brought on as a co-lister of a house because the client wanted my social media skills used to market her home, I have gained so much experience in my first year and cannot wait to help so many more people in the years to come. 

I'm also thrilled to announce that starting in 2025, I will be adding Fayetteville AR to my service area! Fayetteville has become my second home and I am so excited to be offering my knowledge and expertise to help people find their dream home here as well.
