Real Estate Course Description

This course is required prior to state licensure. This class fulfills the states post licensing or new affiliates course requirement.

This class covers many topics to help the newly licensed real estate agents acclimate to their new profession. A variety of topics for listing and selling are covered during this class.

Tennessee Specific:

• Listings
• Agency
• Ethics
• Professional Courtesies
• Property Management
• Contracts

Alabama Specific:

Covers basic sales skills and practical exercises on completing listings, contracts, seller's net sheets and buyer qualifications for the new licensee.

Arkansas Specific:

• 6 Hour Agency and Disclosure
• 6 Hour Contracts
• 6 Hour Contracts to Closing

** 18 Hour Post-License class is required within six months of successfully passing the Arkansas Real Estate Exam.

Mississippi Specific:

** 30 Hour Post-License class is required within one year from the first of the month following initial issuance of your Mississippi Real Estate License.
