Crye-Leike Recognizes Top Middle Tennessee Agents
NASHVILLE, TENN. - Crye-Leike, Realtors, recently announced its top Middle Tennessee sales producers for 2005 at its annual January Kick-Off meeting in front of some 400 Crye-Leike agents. These top agents achieved the highest volume in sales for the company, with the ranking based on closed gross commission income.
For the second consecutive year, Kendra Cooke of Crye-Leike's Smyrna branch office was named Crye-Leike's 2005 "Top Producer of the Year." Kendra holds ABR, CRS, and Broker designations, and is an honorary Vice President of Crye-Leike having been a recipient of Crye-Leike's "Circle of Excellence" award. She is also a member of the Crye-Leike Multi-Million Dollar Club and the National Association of Realtors. In 2005, Kendra received The Greater Nashville Association of Realtors "Diamond Award", the highest honor a Real Estate agent can receive based on their total sales volume. She is a Director for both the Tennessee Association of Realtors and Greater Nashville Association of Realtors. Kendra serves as a member of the GNAR Arbitration Committee, is a 2005 Graduate of Leadership Rutherford, actively works with the Rutherford Co. Boys and Girls Club and serves on the committee for the Pearl Ball to benefit the Sarah Cannon Cancer Research Center.
Jimmy Dugger, sales associate with Crye-Leike's Columbia branch office received second-place honors. He holds ABR, CBS, CRS, CPPS, CSP, and e-PRO designations, is a member of Crye-Leike's Multi-Million Dollar Club and is an honorary Vice President of Crye-Leike having been received Crye-Leike's "Circle of Excellence" award. Jimmy is a member of the National Association of Realtors and is a Seniors Real Estate Specialist. He was recently appointed as the 2006 President Elect of the Southern Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors.
Goodlettsville branch office sales associate, Donna Shell, received third place honors. A real estate professional for 26 years, Donna holds GRI and CPPS designations and is a member of the Crye-Leike Multi-Million Dollar Club. She is a member of the Sumner County Women's Council of Realtors, and the National, Tennessee and Great Nashville Associations of Realtors.
"Our sales leaders are to be commended for their achievements. This is a well earned recognition for these outstanding associates," said CEO Harold Crye.
